What they ate: A Master's announcement

The Mickelson family meal as served at pro golfer Phil Mickelson's temporary quarters at the 2001 Masters Tournament:

Baby back ribs
Baby potatoes
Baby carrots
Baby stringbeans

This menu was served to announce his wife Amy's first pregnancy; a lovely, sentimental gesture.

Now you know what I will be watching this afternoon.

We are Phil fans too and have gotten to follow him at the (former) St. Jude/Fed Ex tournament! His menu just confirms our loyalty :)

Thank goodness to read something about someone ELSE who has played at the Masters, for a change!

Loved the sentimental journey. How nice to see a winner who is a grownup.

Sublime...the Mickelson win. Humbling...that elan and grace with which they as a family, are facing adversity. Truly inspirational.
