We are collectors of horse art, Josh and I. Always on the lookout for some beautiful painting and Sharon
Crute's work more than fits the bill. When I first heard from Sharon and looked over her blog,
Art of Horse Racing, I realized how close our world's had been for years: Horses,
Ocala, and the familiar jumper featured on the show catalogue for Horse Shows in the Sun: That was Sharon's painting. I have since come to know her fine work painting animals as well as horses through her blog and when the time for a painting commission arrives she is the artist. I hope designers reading now will keep her in mind as well, she is exceedingly lovely to deal with.
Please leave a comment and tell me which is your favorite.

I like the top one, with the one horse finishing a jump (I'm not familiar with riding parlance).
They are all so beautifully done. Each captures a moment all its own. My favorite is the group of four riders with the dogs.
Dear Hostess: You are so sweet to feature my artwork on you blog. What fun! Thank you so much...
I am partial to the rider and hounds painting. The light in that work is remarkable. Thank you for your comments! The Hostess
