Love her...I've tried many of her recipes and they are all great! My family loves the homemade marshmallows the best. So much more flavor than store bought.

ReplyDeleteJust discovered your delicious blog through Layla at The Lettered Cottage. Oh my! I'm in trouble now! I have subscribed and let me tell you, Ina Garten is one of my favorites. I make her meatloaf recipe every week for our family and many more of her recipes. To tell the truth, she is the one responsible for helping me overcome my fear of cooking and the kitchen - something I experienced since childhood. Hope to glean even more confidence and knowledge on your yummy blog!

ReplyDeleteOk--sign me up for trying to win a copy, kiddo. I looked the book up on Amazon and they gave a recipe for sweet potato baked fries...that makes me want to delve deeper. (I am mostly Vegan--so a lot of her recipes won't be for me....but it still looks to be a good read---on tv she tends to use butter as a constant ingredient which my cholesterol levels would say NO to!! I think she must get paid by the American Dairy association!!! YIKES--my MIL and I had a joke about what she will use the butter in today!). I am signing as a follower right after commenting here, kiddieo

ReplyDeleteI found you through Layla's The Lettered Cottage Blog. I watch Ina's show and really enjoy it. She makes alot of things look easy. I roast chicken using her method of olive oil, S&P and it comes out perfect all the time. My boyfriend loves it! Shelley
