I think seating guests at dinner parties can be extremely challenging, especially when multiple tables are involved.

I enjoyed your post on Thomas Jefferson's hosting style. Absolutely fascinating reading! Thank you for the research you do and for the always-stylish presentation.

Regards,
BillBillhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/15467769804679511645noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3876281636657645444.post-19892656809068445632010-01-14T15:17:49.718-05:002010-01-14T15:17:49.718-05:00This comment has been removed by the author.Butlerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10336364393641964718noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3876281636657645444.post-24874120863885963772010-01-14T14:50:50.451-05:002010-01-14T14:50:50.451-05:00Great post, thank you! Obama, etc.), and it took a bit of research on my part but I finally got it down to where they all should go when we seat a dining room of 10 round tables! There is something really wonderful about formality that has all but gone missing in our modern world.
